Founded in 1996, Uncle Willie’s Pies is now a hot up-and-coming dessert company. Our company stands alone as a leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with our consistency in quality and taste in our “down-home” desserts. Since our doors opened, we have managed a substantial wholesale business, servicing a variety of restaurants, delis, catering companies, grills and event centers. Recently, the business has been expanded to retail customers at our new retail location in Red Oak, Texas.
The owners are of a father and daughter team, Willie and Cicily Pettigrew, better known as Uncle Willie and CeCe. Cicily says, “We want each of our customers to feel as if they are visiting the home of a family member or friend when they stop by to purchase our homemade desserts, not just another retail bakery.” We provide the highest respect and courtesy for our customers.
Uncle Willie’s Pies’ standard for using only the best ingredients is the secret to our successful platform of scrumptious deep-dish pies, jubilant cobblers, and Texas Giant cheesecakes. Our products are made fresh, from scratch, to order mere hours before distribution. Proudly, we only use real ingredients, including fresh sweet potatoes, whole eggs, the finest chocolates, premium pecans and real butter—no preservatives or additives! Just like Grandma!
